Affiliate Promotion

The Affiliate may promote products and services made publicly available on the Tripster website through referral links, widgets, banners, or other approved marketing materials placed on the Affiliate’s website or platform.

All promotions must accurately represent Tripster’s offerings and must not be misleading or deceptive.

Commissions

Tripster will pay the Affiliate a commission on orders that are booked, paid for, and consumed as a direct result of the Affiliate’s referral link.

Orders associated with fraud, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, coupon violations, or violations of these terms will not qualify for commissions.

Commissions become eligible for payment 30 days after the date of product consumption, with payment issued on a Net 15 basis thereafter.

If commissions earned in any given month total less than $25.00, Tripster reserves the right to defer payment and issue commissions on a quarterly basis.

Tripster reserves the right to review, adjust, or reverse commissions if transactions are determined to be invalid or in violation of these terms.

Sole Compensation

The commissions described above represent the sole compensation the Affiliate is entitled to receive under this agreement.

No Posting Requirement

There is no minimum requirement or obligation for the Affiliate to place or maintain referral links or promotional materials.

Affiliate Site Responsibility

The Affiliate is solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their website or platform and all materials appearing on it.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• proper implementation of referral links or widgets
• placement of tracking code
• promotional graphics or marketing content
• messaging related to Tripster products or services

Content Compliance

The Affiliate must ensure that all materials posted on their website or platform are accurate, lawful, and not defamatory, misleading, or otherwise illegal.

Tripster disclaims all liability relating to the Affiliate’s website or content.

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Tripster harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the development, operation, maintenance, or content of the Affiliate’s website.

Advertising and Disclosure Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws and regulations, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and disclosure guidelines.

Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed when promoting Tripster products or services.

Failure to provide proper disclosures may result in commission reversal or termination from the Affiliate Program.

Coupon and Promotional Code Policy

Affiliates may not promote, publish, or distribute coupon codes, promotional codes, or discount offers for Tripster unless such codes are expressly authorized in writing by Tripster.

The following activities are prohibited:

• publishing unauthorized coupon or promo codes
• listing fake, expired, or scraped coupon codes
• creating pages implying discounts that do not exist
• operating coupon-focused websites promoting Tripster without prior approval

Tripster reserves the right to disqualify commissions on any order where a coupon or promotional code is applied at checkout, at its sole discretion.

Violations of this policy may result in commission reversals and/or removal from the affiliate program.

Browser Extensions and Software

Affiliates may not use browser extensions, toolbars, scripts, or software applications that:

• inject affiliate cookies
• overwrite existing affiliate tracking
• intercept or redirect transactions at checkout
• automatically apply coupon codes or referral tracking

Commissions generated through such technologies may be reversed or withheld.

Paid Search and Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to participate in paid keyword search advertising promoting Tripster.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• bidding on Tripster brand keywords
• bidding on Tripster product or attraction brand names
• running paid advertisements that redirect to Tripster through affiliate links
• participating in Google “Things To Do” placements on behalf of Tripster

Tripster does not grant affiliates rights to use Tripster trademarks or product brand names in paid advertising campaigns.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Trademark and Brand Usage

Use of Tripster’s name, logos, trademarks, or brand assets requires prior written approval from Tripster.

Affiliates may not register domains, social media accounts, or advertising assets that include Tripster trademarks or confusingly similar variations.

Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cookie Stuffing
  Setting affiliate tracking cookies without a genuine user click or intent to visit Tripster.
• Typosquatting
  Registering domain names that include misspellings or variations of Tripster trademarks.
• Incentivized Traffic
  Offering cashback, rewards, points, or financial incentives to users for completing bookings through affiliate links without prior written approval.
• Misleading Advertising
  Publishing content that falsely represents pricing, availability, promotions, or Tripster offerings.

Tripster reserves the right to reverse commissions or terminate participation if these practices are detected.

Program Modifications

Tripster may modify the terms of this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion, by posting updated terms or notice.

Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

Tripster will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Tripster’s total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate.

No Warranties

Tripster makes no express or implied warranties regarding the affiliate program or products sold through the program, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Tripster does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its website or systems.

Independent Contractor Relationship

The Affiliate and Tripster are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Tripster may market directly to customers or operate websites or services that compete with the Affiliate’s website.

No Revenue Guarantee

Tripster makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commissions or revenue that may be generated through participation in the affiliate program.

Assignment

The Affiliate may not assign or transfer this agreement without prior written consent from Tripster.

Termination

Tripster may revoke or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from violations of these terms.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may only be amended through a written agreement signed by both parties.
